give quotes for furniture, nor can we answer your inquires concerning
the furniture presented on this site. However, we do offer some
guidelines below to help make your furniture buying experience a
plesant one.
Policy on Returns
Each distributor may have differing return policies that usually
reflect the policies of the manufacturer.
Note: North Carolina sales tax will be collected on all merchandise
picked up at the warehouse.
Ordering and Delivery
Most orders are promptly fulfilled and delivered within 6 - 12
weeks. However, orders are accepted subject to the manufacturer's
ability to produce and the transportation company to deliver. Availability
of the merchandise and the shipping costs are usually estimated
costs. Please note this concern with your vendor as shipping charges
are subject to change depending on the carrier's rates. We recommend
a reliable delivery service with competitive rates, excellent coverage
and in-home delivery (excluding cribs, assembly and wall-hangings).
Although, you may select any carrier of your choice, we do not recommend
pre-pack delivery via common carrier unless you are willing to assume
the risk and cost of concealed damage and minor problems. All cartons
and packing must be retained for proper inspection. NC Furniture
Stores will assist you with identifying the appropriate distributor
for your claim, but we cannot be responsible for filing or collecting
claims.
